Reading the thinking · DeepSeek Course

1

See the reasoning

In DeepThink mode, DeepSeek can show its thinking before the final answer. It looks like notes the model writes to work through the problem.

2

The thinking part usually appears above the answer and may be expandable. Click it to read or hide the steps.

3

Reading the steps can help you understand why an answer is reached. You can spot a wrong assumption early.

4

Visible thinking helps, but it does not prove the answer is correct. Tip: still check the final result.
